Movin’ Weight is a personal training center with an emphasis on using weights as a way to improve overall health for all ages and levels of fitness.
Trainers at Movin’ Weight strive to build solid and strong foundations, with core movements, stretching, and a combination of strength building and endurance work. At Movin’ Weight we lift, we run, we row, we get strong and we love it.
Our Team
Jordan
Jordan Pierce began her fitness path in 2007 as an overweight client herself. Through years of learning about training and applying different elements of sports, rehabilitation and trial and error, Jordan has found a way to teach and lead people to healthier lifestyles.
Jordan Pierce is a former bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete. Pierce also has been a personal trainer for over 11 years, with satisfied clients that return time and time again. Pierce has also participated in fire academies, is an EMT and has completed paramedic school.
Will
Will has been a fitness professional for over 20 years. In this time, Will has coached various Body Fit classes and has led many clients to amazing body transformations.
Will ran track as a high level sprinter for many years, so much of what he implements in his training is based on using body weight to get strong, fast, and fierce.
Will uses plyometrics, kettlebells, dumbells, TRX, and benchmark timed workouts. His class is challenging and fun!
